Opened the meeting with the Serenity Prayer @ 7:05am
Old Business :
The idea of CJI buying 10 Grapevines and 5 La Vine subscriptions to donate to H&I and Prisons to be brought to body meeting for Vote
Bring written announcements to body meetings with time and date on flyers.
New Business:
Rebecca ordered 10 Grapevines and 5 Latinas were ordered and will go the CJI office
Add another page to meeting list for additional meetings.
CHAIRPERSON – CONNIE Y
We had the workshop with Central Jersey Intergroup Hospitals & Institutions and Prison Committee and Area 45s Correctional Treatment Facilities on May 22nd. We had over 30 people in attendance and several really good and informative speakers. Thanks to all who helped out with the workshop

HOSPITALS & INSTITUTIONS – AUDEREY & CHUCK
The workshop was a success, we got some more commitments filled we still have some openings Trenton Psychiatric Monday 7pm and Rescue Mission Wednesday 7pm. If you need literature to take into your commitment please contact Audrey or Chuck. If you take any commitment please bring an ID to ensure that you can get in.

We have been using the website for people to place their literature orders, and we package it up and bring it to the body meeting for pick up it has been working great.

We have around 40000 meetings lists for the summertime while the school is closed, we did add a page.
UNITY- BOB M
Central Jersey Intergroup has many opportunities to get involved in AA Services. You can get involved in service work from as little as taking a one time commitment to becoming the Intergroup representative. CJI will happily send a representative to your home group to share his/her experience strength and hope, along with what Intergroup is all about how it works and how and why we get involved Interested, Contact Bob M
AD-HOC COMMITTEE – TRUSTEES BILL D
We are getting our schedules together and will be meeting at the end of the month to discuss the by-laws.
ALTERNATE DELEGATE - JANET
Delegate Report will be given on 6-5-10 at Devine Word Seminary, June 19th will be given in Sicklerville and June 26 will be given in Collingswood
Grapevine put out a survey to get more information to better serve the groups with the publications.
Day of sharing will be held 10/16 in Woodbury NJ
